Payments are processed via Stripe or another approved payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Included minutes are intended for legitimate business call answering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated load testing, call forwarding loops, or use for non-business purposes.
Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, uptime, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. AI responses may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies due to the nature of AI technology. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, uptime, or uninterrupted service, and maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the services, including illegal calls, spam, unlawful recordings, or violations of applicable law.
Either party may terminate monthly service with 30 days' notice. We may suspend service immediately for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days for operational wind-down, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices. All content, branding, and technology on this website and in our services are owned by Rochester Smart AI. Custom AI configurations created for your business remain our intellectual property, though you retain ownership of your business data.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Michigan law governs these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oakland County courts. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party outages, carrier failures, or internet disruptions.
